UK deliveries under £50 are charged at £2.00. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
Orders are usually shipped on the same day of purchase (Monday - Friday) by Royal Mail standard post.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return & Refund Policy
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To Return an order please post to Up To No Good, PO Box 8351, Derby, DE1 9DN stating whether you would like a refund or exchange.
You have the right to cancel your order if you change your mind. As orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, please let us know by emailing email@example.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If you notify us and request a cancellation before your order has been shipped we will gladly process a full refund. If you request to cancel your order after it has been shipped we will be unable to process a refund until the item(s) has been returned to us. Once returned to us we will process a refund for the cost of the item(s) but we will not be able to refund the postage and packaging costs paid.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.
We cannot guarantee that your required item will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange and in such cases we are happy to issue a refund or send your desired item when it arrives in stock.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please obtain a proof of purchase when returning your items, we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive to us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange to reach you may vary.
